DIY Lo-Fi recorded 2000-2017 at Cocoon, Bushram (Ashram in the bush), Sunnersta swamp, somewhere between Chennai & Mumbai & in an unmentionable building. Mastered by Tomas Bodén. Lyrics & music by Benil except A2, A4, A6, B4 & B6 by Benil & Peter. Logo by Lars Erik Elebjörk. Suminagashi & drawings by Benil.
The album cover (Suminagashi) is inspired by the 1,5 meter big Indian flying fox (Pteropus Giganteus) Benil and his wife saw 2005 at Sabarmati ashram (Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India).

Handmade and hand numbered vinyl edition, only in 96 copies. Insert with track info & lyrics, download code, two postcards & one piece from 96 pieces jigsaw puzzle. And those who visited Open Mind at the release of the album got a handmade plectrum, a badge & homemade real ale by Beernil Brewery as a bonus.

Dedicated to Rod Garratt. If I hadn’t met you in Icod de los Vinos in 2010, I wouldn’t make music today.

Thanks to Danne at Open Mind Records, Tomas Bode’n & to our beloved wives Ulla & Anna.

Track Name: Tabula rasa
TABULA RASA

Gandhi, Mandela, Mother Theresa, Malala, Luther King, the Tank man, Rosa Parks, Tenzin Gyatso and many with them.
They changed.
You can change!
Change your Tabula rasa!
We can be Heroes, for more than one day.
